Mediation is not appropriate for everyone. Where one party is afraid of, or intimidated by, their spouse, mediation may not be appropriate. The only issue that Marc-Nicholas Quinn will not mediate is the issue of abuse or violence in any relationship because mediation is not the appropriate forum to address abuse or violence issues.
